About our US tax status
Country Music Roads Foundation is a non-profit registered in Poland (KRS 0001137024). We are not a 501(c)(3) organization in the United States.
Donations from US residents are not tax-deductible under US law. We believe in being upfront about this — your support means the world to us regardless.

No. We are a Polish-registered non-profit (KRS 0001137024) and do not hold 501(c)(3) status. Donations from US residents cannot be deducted on your federal return. We are transparent about this — many of our US supporters give anyway because they believe in the mission.
US donors can contribute through our support page via credit card (Stripe), monthly recurring gifts, or international wire transfer for larger donations. We handle all currency conversion — donate in USD and we will convert to PLN on our end.
Absolutely — we are actively looking for US venues, festivals, and media outlets to collaborate with our artists during the 2026 Nashville tour and beyond. Use the form above with topic "Partnership" and tell us about your venue, audience size, and preferred dates.
Yes. Reach out with topic "Press / Media" — we will connect you directly with Maja Bogucka, members of Droga na Ostrołękę, or other artists we support. English-language interviews are welcome and we can help coordinate time zones.
Poland is roughly 6 hours ahead of New York (ET), 7 hours ahead of Nashville (CT), and 9 hours ahead of Los Angeles (PT) — exact offset varies with daylight saving.
